What they need
Any Bachelors degree
2to3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations
Basic Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
Understanding with Incoterms, customs documentation, and freight terms
Experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking online
Organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily shipping operations with Team Leader, for inbound and outbound shipments
Arrange transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers, as assigned by Team Leader.
Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOL, commercial invoices, packing lists, export documents, etc.)
Track shipments and delivery issues or delays
Communicate with freight forwarders and internal departments regarding shipment status
Monitor freight costs and support cost-control initiatives
Maintain accurate shipping records in company logistics systems/portal
Assist with customs clearance processes when applicable
Support inventory control and warehouse coordination as needed
