  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, transportation, distribution, 3PL, or supply chain environment.
  • Experience leading teams of hourly employees in a fast-paced operation, including coaching, scheduling, performance management, and employee development.
  • Track record of driving accountability, improving performance, and maintaining positive employee relations while fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
  • Strong safety mindset with experience promoting safe work practices, addressing incidents, and ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
  • Working knowledge of shipping operations, warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, distribution, cross-dock, 3PL, or manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with JDE or a similar ERP system is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams.
  • Ability to support a 24-hour, three-shift operation while working primarily Monday through Friday on a daytime schedule.
