Shipping Supervisor

Responsible in monitoring and supervising the department efficiency of its worker, accuracy and work completion. Validation of all related documents. Oversees all workflow and proper documentation.

• Checking of accounts payable and account receivable accounts.
• Approval of checks disbursement and check payment for the accounts payable.
• Monitoring inbound and outbound list of cargoes and their deliveries.
• Consolidating and recording all department staff work and records.
• Monitoring sales order form
• Verifying and checking of acknowledgment and delivery receipts and invoices Checking counter billings for clients
• System monitoring of sales orders and invoices.
• Ledger monitoring
• Reconciling disputes and document errors

Qualifications:

• College Graduate, Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
• Atleast 4-5 years experience in a similar role or equivalent logistics experience.
• Must possess good analytical and leadership skills
• Computer literate
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Must have strong personality and can handle pressure at all time
• Willing to work in shifting schedules
• Strong leadership skills
