About the Role

In partnership with our retail business partners, we are seeking passionate Beauty Advisors—known as Personal Beauty Partners (PBPs)—to represent Shiseido at dedicated Shiseido counters in Farmers and Life Pharmacy stores.

As a Shiseido Personal Beauty Partner, you will work hand in hand with every customer to enhance both skin and mind, co-creating each individual’s unique beauty.

We have exciting opportunities available for both full-time Counter Manager and part-time Second-In-Charge (2IC) positions. As these roles are employed directly by the store, flexibility in working days and hours is essential.

• Counter Manager: Responsible for driving the growth and performance of the counter
• 2IC (Second-In-Charge): Supporting the Counter Manager in key activities such as promotional events, merchandising, and new product launches

In both roles, you will build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences.

You are a passionate beauty professional with strong retail expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills. As a true brand advocate, you deliver exceptional and memorable customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Key requirements:

• A genuine passion for beauty
• 2–3 years of experience in skincare retail, ideally within presitge beauty
• Background in skincare and/or makeup artistry
• Strong sales ability with a high standard of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
