Shisha maker

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Shisha Hostess to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing shisha, managing coal service, maintaining station cleanliness, and providing an exceptional experience to our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Shisha Preparation & Service: Prepare and assemble shishas according to quality standards and promptly serve them to guests.
• Charcoal Handling: Safely light, replace, and manage hot coals at guest tables in a timely manner.
• Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, assist with shisha flavor selections, and check in regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Station Maintenance: Keep the shisha preparation area, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside the service staff to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality & Gender: Female Moroccan candidates preferred (for specific cultural and language representation requirements).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or shisha handling experience. (In-house training will be provided for candidates with basic experience).
• Appearance & Demeanor: Well-groomed, highly presentable, confident, and professional appearance.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging naturally with guests.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic; functional English communication skills are a strong plus.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Shift Duration: Approximately 8–10 hours per day (varies by shift and operational demands).
• Shift Timing: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Detailed shift structures and benefits will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
