Shoe Prep Associate

Shoe Prep Associate – $16/Hour

Solea Footwear is a growing footwear resale company in the Atlanta area. We process a high volume of shoes each week and are looking for a dependable Shoe Prep Associate to join our warehouse team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on preparing incoming shoes so they are ready to move through our photography and listing process

Starting Pay: $16/hour
Position: Full-Time
Location: South Fulton, GA

Responsibilities

• Prepare shoes for cleaning and photography
• Remove stickers, tags, tape, packaging, and other materials from incoming shoes
• Remove and organize insoles and laces when necessary
• Check shoes for basic condition issues or anything unusual that should be brought to a manager's attention
• Match and organize pairs correctly
• Sort shoes into the appropriate areas for the next stage of processing
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Assist with other basic warehouse tasks when needed

No footwear or warehouse experience is required. We are primarily looking for someone who is:

• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to follow a standardized process
• Willing to learn and improve their speed over time
• Positive and easy to work with as part of a small team

Pay starts at $16/hour.
