Shop Assistant

Overview We’re Hiring: Shop Assistant Dynamic Innovative Venture Sdn Bhd, under i‑Stay Management Sdn Bhd , delivers innovative services for worker accommodation, including canteens, convenience stores, and daily living facilities. We focus on quality, efficiency, and creating a supportive environment for residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily store operations, including stock handling, product arrangement, and maintaining a clean and organized grocery area.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
• Play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to maintain adequate stock availability.
• Record received goods accurately in the system (AUTOCOUNT).
• Maintain proper stock control to support efficient store operations.
• Support the team by carrying out additional tasks as assigned by Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced and productive work environment.
