About the Role

We are looking for a warm, creative, and hands-on Shop Assistant to be the face of our gifting store and a key part of the team that curates gifts, plans surprises, and decorates for events.

For over six years, our brand has helped people celebrate the moments that matter. This role blends two things we care about deeply: giving every customer a lovely in-store experience, and producing the beautiful gifts, surprises, and setups that carry our name. One moment you may be helping a walk-in customer choose the perfect gift, the next you are assembling a hamper to brief, planning a surprise delivery, or setting up decor for an intimate celebration.

This is an in-person, creative, and practical role for someone who loves people, has an eye for presentation, and enjoys making things with their hands. If you are warm, organized, and take real pride in beautiful finished work, you will thrive here.

What You Will Do

Customer Service & Shop Front

• Warmly greet and attend to every customer who visits the store
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right gifts and packages
• Handle enquiries and orders in person, by phone, and on WhatsApp
• Process sales and payments accurately using the store POS system
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractively merchandised

Gift Curation & Surprise Planning

• Curate and assemble gift boxes and hampers to brief, budget, and brand standard
• Source and prepare items, keeping quality and presentation high
• Plan and coordinate surprise experiences and deliveries end to end
• Wrap and package every gift beautifully, to our signature look
• Quality-check each order for accuracy and finish before it goes out

Event Decoration & Set-up

• Assist in planning and preparing decor for intimate events and surprises
• Prepare props, materials, and setups ahead of each event or delivery
• Support on-site set-up and teardown, leaving every space beautiful
• Keep decor and packaging inventory organized and well cared for
• Help capture photos and short clips of finished work for social media

What You Bring

Must have:

• SSCE, OND, or equivalent. Gifting or events experience is a plus
• A creative eye for gift curation and presentation
• Warm, friendly, and presentable with customers
• Hands-on and practical, comfortable with setup work
• Basic numeracy and honesty with cash and stock
• Reliable and able to work some weekends and event days
• Based in or able to commute to Ikeja, Lagos

Nice to have:

• Experience in gifting, events, decor, or styling
• Strong gift wrapping and creative presentation skills
• Familiarity with POS and simple inventory tools
• A good eye for photos and social media content
• Comfort coordinating deliveries and dispatch
