Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with mobile phone and accessory purchases.
- Explain product features, specifications, and prices to customers.
- Maintain the shop display and ensure products are properly arranged.
- Handle stock, product checking, and basic inventory activities.
- Assist with sales and daily shop operations.
- Prepare bills and assist with payment collection when required.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the shop.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile phone products.
- Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and good discipline.
