Shop Assistant

Nonchalance Ubud is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Handle sales transactions and payments accurately
• Maintain the shop’s cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• Restock and arrange merchandise as needed
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock counts
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist with general shop operations and other tasks as required
• Help create a warm, positive, and enjoyable experience for every customer

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
• Well-presented and professional
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled
