We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Guest Relation Agent to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:
As a Shop Assistant / Guest Relation Agent, you will be responsible for managing retail inventory and stock, assisting with sales, and keeping the shop organized. You will also be one of the first points of contact for our guests, providing friendly, professional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels of retail items.
• Conduct regular stock checking, counting, and reconciliation across our shops.
• Ensure proper organization, storage, and replenishment of retail products.
• Assist with retail sales and customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and other guest-related concerns.
• Perform duties as a Guest Relation Agent and provide excellent guest service.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
• May be assigned other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, inventory, guest relations, or a similar role.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality and watersports environment.
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
