Shop Assistant

. Provide high levels of customer service, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, and multitasking.

· Providing friendly and professional advice to customers, answering their queries, and helping them find the best products for their needs.

· Maintaining the store’s appearance, stocking shelves, processing payments, and handling deliveries.

· Inventory control

· Assist in stock-take and reviewing orders.

· Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and buyer teams.

· Communicate with other team members and coordinate as and when necessary.

· Ensures all pricing, signage, and display information is correct.

· Store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, and stock room.

· Receiving new deliveries from the supplier and refilling the stock

· Occasional Heavy lifting involved.

. Strictly follow the rules and regulations of Ministry of Health.

Qualification & Skills Required:

· Candidate should be willingly available over the weekends & public holidays if and when required.

. Either minimum 1 years of experience in relevant or related field or minimum level 4 qualification in any field in case of no experience (overseas equivalent qualification is also acceptable).

. Due to cash involvement in the business clean criminal record is required.

. As you will be working in Vape store hence for the efficient services to the customers your own profile should be very clear on drugs & or any other intoxicants.
