• Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing stock areas efficiently
• Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers
• Support organizational tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the overall store presentation

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, counting stock, and managing inventory levels
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills for maintaining tidy displays and stock areas
• Experience or interest in merchandising and upselling techniques is a plus
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a lively retail setting
