Shop Assistant

Are you ready to support a dynamic team in the construction industry? We’re looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly!

Southwest Concrete and Masonry is looking for a Shop assistant to oversee the daily operations of our construction shop. You will manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the shop runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day shop operations.
• Oversee inventory and order supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure shop safety and compliance with regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or shop management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory systems.
• Knowledge of construction materials and tools is a plus.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Bilingual a plus (English/ Spanish)
