Shop Assistant – Previous Cake Shop Experience Required

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team at The Cheesecake Shop Guildford West.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CHEESECAKE SHOP, CAKE SHOP OR SIMILAR BAKERY.

Previous experience in this field is essential, not preferred. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
• Taking and processing orders accurately
• Restocking and maintaining cake displays
• Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
• Assisting with general day-to-day store operations
• Making production

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a cake shop, cheesecake shop or bakery
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Can work independently and as part of a team
