Shop Coordinator

About the role

As a Shop Coordinator at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store in Tawau, Sabah. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store activities, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation
2. Supervising and scheduling the store's sales associates to ensure optimal coverage and customer service
3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to enhance the customer experience
4. Monitoring and reporting on store performance, identifying areas for improvement
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
6. Assisting in the training and development of sales associates
7. Collaborating with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive sales growth

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or coordinator capacity
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and lead a team
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
4. Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and basic financial reporting
5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a visually appealing store environment
7. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
8. Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
