Shop Coordinator

Hoffman Transportation is a family-owned transportation company with deep roots in Channahon, Illinois. Our in-house parts and tractor-trailer repair shop is looking for an experienced Shop Coordinator to join our team, someone who takes pride in getting it right and wants a place to build a lasting career, not just punch a clock. The shop coordinator will assist the shop foreman with daily operations, specifically with computer systems and breakdown coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Strong computer and technology skillset
• Experience within a diesel shop is preferred.
• Strong communication skills. You will be dealing with in house technicians, parts room personnel, and vendors
• Someone who wants to grow with a company for the long haul, not the short term

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
