Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor operations and achieve production targets.
• Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage manpower allocation, machine utilisation and production workflow.
• Monitor product quality, rejection, rework and process compliance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, workplace safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
• Maintain daily production reports, MIS and shop floor documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/shop floor operations.
• Practical knowledge of 5S implementation, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Experience in manpower handling, production planning and process improvement.
• Knowledge of quality control, machine operations and industrial safety.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Transformer Components, Rubber Gaskets, Rubber Processing, Electrical Insulation Products or related manufacturing industries.
• Experience in transformer manufacturing or allied electrical products will be preferred.
• Strong shop floor supervision, problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
