We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance and repair operations within our service facility. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily activities of the shop, coordinate vehicle repairs, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety protocols, and foster a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations, including scheduling work orders and managing workflow to meet deadlines
• Ensure all repairs adhere to manufacturer specifications and safety standards by interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Coordinate with technicians on complex tasks involving transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and parts inventory while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for vehicle systems including automotive electrical systems, wheel alignments, shocks & struts, and tire service.
• Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing safety procedures during all shop activities and conducting regular safety meetings

Skills

• Proven dealership experience with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive repair systems
• Expertise in reading schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics and repairs of mechanical systems
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other shop machinery for assembly and equipment repair
• Excellent leadership skills to manage a team of technicians while fostering a positive work environment

PAY VARIES ON EXPERIENCE

Pay: From $6,000.00 per month
