Shop Hand

MOS Finishing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Helper to join our powder coating team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Hang and remove parts from racks.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving parts throughout the shop.
• Inspect finished parts and carefully package them for pickup or delivery.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist powder coaters and other team members as needed.
• Follow shop safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling customer parts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical shop work.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Previous powder coating, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
