Shop- Frac Valve Technician

Payzone Completion Service's is looking to hire Gate valve Technicians- Shop hands in Monahans, TX. Ideal candidate can safely install, repair, assemble, disassemble and pressure test gate valves, plug valves, flow crosses etc. ***Pay will be discussed over the phone due to experience, review of resumé and contact of previous employers/references.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding: 7" 15k & 10k , 5 1/8 , 4" 15k & 10k, 2 9/16
• Repair frac gate vales (Manual & Hydraulic) FLSR & FC styles.
• Responsible for frac stack lubrication that meets manufacturer's specifications before equipment is returned to field.
• Rebuild Plug Valves
• Performs Hydro Pressure test on equipment.
• Rebuilds valves and documents replacement parts in/out of valves.
• Performs all aspects of work in compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Clean work area

Qualifications

• Possesses detailed knowledge of shop industry.
• Must pass and maintain client required random drug tests.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Possesses solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates awareness of all health and safety protocols.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Able to multi-task effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Is qualified to operate heavy machinery. (forklift, indoor crane)
• Must pass a background investigation.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Compensation

• Experienced Frac valve repairman pay potential- $120,000/year
• Entree level Annual pay potential- $60,000/year
• Choice of work schedule- 28/14 or 14/7
• Housing provided as needed.
