Shop Helper / Floater — Fleming’s Engraving Location: Williamsburg, VA
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM, with occasional evening and weekend events

About the Position

Fleming’s Engraving is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shop Helper / Floater to support our team. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks throughout the shop, from preparing and packaging orders to organizing inventory and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop operations and basic production tasks.
• Prepare items for personalization and check completed orders for accuracy.
• Package finished products for pickup or shipping.
• Unpack deliveries, restock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist customers and support team members as needed.
• Help with setup, sales, and breakdown at occasional evening or weekend events.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and switch between tasks.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Comfortable standing for portions of the day and moving products and supplies.
• Available for the listed weekday schedule and occasional evening or weekend events.

Retail, production, or shop experience is helpful, but engraving experience is not required.
