Shop Laborer (Swing/Night Shift)

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Laborer to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to learn.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, metal finishing, or shop environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a good attitude.

Schedule

• Swing/Night Shift
• (4) 10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday)
• Full-time

Pay

• Pay DOE (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist with general shop and production duties as needed
• Hang and remove metal parts from production lines and racks
• Help prepare parts for powder coating and finishing
• Load, unload, move, and organize parts and materials
• Inspect parts for basic quality and preparation
• Assist experienced team members with various production tasks
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow instructions, shop procedures, and safety requirements
• Work efficiently to help the team meet daily production goals
• Perform other general shop duties as assigned
