Shop Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and inventory control, with experience in automotive sales markets. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations. *Duties* - Manage daily shop operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. - Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management, ordering, and loss prevention. - Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. - Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive market rates while maintaining quality standards. - Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and performance evaluations. - Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer engagement. - Strong knowledge of inventory control . - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Ability to negotiate pricing effectively while maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. - Strong administrative skills for managing operational tasks efficiently. - Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
