About the role

The Shop Manager will manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves leading, supervising, and motivating the shop team to achieve sales and service targets, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the shop team to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, stock, and overall shop performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve monthly targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high standard of customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and attractive
• Manage inventory, including receiving, checking, storing, and replenishing products
• Ensure all cash handling and payment procedures are accurate and follow company policies
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or shop management
• Strong sales, customer service, and team management skills
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
