Job Descriptions:

• Ensure a high level of customer service in our store and follow up on the results
• Maximize sales opportunities by having a commercial focus
• Plan and work towards specific goals with the shop management team
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the brand, i.e. marketing promotions, sales activities
• Monitoring stock inventory and ordering supplies as needed,
• Be able to use the POS system efficiently
• Provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, recommending promotion and job enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent;
• 6 years or above relevant working experience in related equipment and furniture brands and with solid experience in managing a shop
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good management and coaching skills
