We are looking for a confident, motivated and sales-driven individual to join our nationwide retail network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist customers in-store while managing front-desk activities
• Build strong customer relationships and actively promote sales
• Work towards and achieve monthly store targets
• Assist with basic technical duties following full training
• Participate in promotional and customer engagement activities at local malls and shopping centres

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proven sales ability with references
• Confident approach to selling, negotiation and closing
• Highly organised, motivated and eager to learn
• Computer literate, including Email, CRM systems and Excel
• A qualification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or Retail will be an advantage, but is not essential

Package

Basic Salary: R10,000 per month
Plus: Attractive commission and incentive opportunities
