Shop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Millwork Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our cabinet processing department. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining knowledge, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to supporting production and assembly activities. This position is responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, safety, labor tracking accuracy, and adherence to production schedules , tracking material needs , while leading a team in a fast-paced architectural millwork manufacturing environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with labor tracking, job costing, and production reporting systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing job phases and accurate labor allocation procedures.
• Experience working with ERP or shop-floor data collection systems.
