Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of the shop and monitor performance of the team

Train staff to perform their duties and provide excellent customer services

Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, product presentation and customer service

Develop and execute strategic sales and operational plans to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications & Experience Required

Higher Diploma or above

Minimum 5 years experience in pastry & bakery shops (with at least 2 years of supervisory experience)

Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented

Strong leadership skills and communication skills

Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
