Custom Cooling II, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Shop Support team member to join our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for helping maintain and organize company facilities, equipment, inventory, tools, and vehicles.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Lihue, Hawaii.

Starting pay begins at $22.00 per hour for entry-level candidates with little or no prior experience. Higher starting pay may be offered based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize warehouse, restroom, breakroom, and surrounding work areas
• Track and restock HVAC service materials, supplies, and small-parts inventory
• Load, unload, organize, and stock equipment and freight using a forklift as needed
• Perform and track scheduled maintenance for shop equipment and machinery
• Track company vehicle maintenance and coordinate inspections, service, and recalls
• Pick up freight and supplies from local shipping companies and vendors
• Deliver equipment, parts, and materials to job sites as needed
• Maintain and refill gas cylinder inventory as needed
• Handle recycling of cardboard, copper, refrigerant, and other materials
• Monitor first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment
• Provide general shop and operational support as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• OSHA forklift operation certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable operating power tools, equipment, and machinery
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Able to take initiative and use good judgment when completing daily responsibilities
