We take pride in maintaining a high-quality fleet and providing outstanding service to our customers across the country.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Technician to join our shop team! In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned tractors and trailers — helping keep our operations safe, efficient, and on the road. You’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance to more complex repairs like brakes, clutches, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.

If you’re driven to be the best at what you do, take pride in your work, and enjoy a hands-on role with variety every day, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repair on tractors and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, suspension, clutch, and A/C systems.
• Conduct tire rotations, alignments, and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Assist with shop and yard duties as needed.
• Always follow safe and professional work practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications preferred).
• Clean driving record/MVR.
• Flexibility for ad hoc or after-hours needs when required.

What’s in It for You

• Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
• Consistent schedule with occasional overtime opportunities
• Tool purchasing program
• Referral bonuses & growth opportunities
• Employee assistance program
• Company engagement activities — we work hard and celebrate success together!

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in our shop/garage, working on company-owned equipment. Some tasks may require work in the yard. Expect typical shop noises, power tool use, and standard mechanical conditions.
