Key responsibilities

1. Host engaging and dynamic live streaming sessions on Shopee, presenting jewellery products with enthusiasm and product knowledge
2. Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns to build confidence and encourage purchasing decisions
3. Meet and exceed sales targets set for each live streaming session
4. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan content, product selection, and promotional themes for live streams
5. Respond to viewer comments and messages promptly, creating a welcoming and interactive community atmosphere
6. Gather customer feedback during live sessions and relay insights to the team to support product development and marketing strategies
7. Maintain detailed records of sales performance, viewer engagement metrics, and audience feedback for each session
8. Stay updated on product inventory, pricing, and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers
9. Develop and refine your on-air presence over time to increase viewer retention and loyalty
