About the role

Dixon & Swanson Shopfitters are seeking an experienced Shopfitter Site Installer, Factory Joiner/Cabinetmaker, Apreentice and Trade Assit to join our team based in Seven Hills, Sydney. We offer flexibility in our hiring arrangements and may consider candidates for either a combined role covering both positions or separate Site Installer and Factory Joiner positions.

Key responsibilities

• Factory joinery and assembly
• Installation of commercial & retail joinery and shopfitting projects
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and site safety standards

About you

• Previous experience in shopfitting or joinery
• White Card (for Site Installer role)
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Trade qualifications preferred but not essential for experienced applicants
• Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
