About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Shopify E-commerce Executive to manage our D2C e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in e-commerce, online business operations and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify store operations, including products, pricing, inventory and collections.
• Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images and landing pages.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTO and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, courier partners and customer support team.
• Track sales, revenue, conversion rate, AOV and other important business KPIs.
• Assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and increase sales.
• Coordinate with designers and marketing freelancers for creatives and campaigns.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve business performance.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Shopify or e-commerce.
• Basic understanding of online shopping, product listings and order management.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, Meta Ads and D2C brands.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work in a fast-growing business.

Freshers with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude are welcome.

Salary & Growth

• Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills.
• Performance-based salary revision after 3 months.
• Opportunity to grow into a Shopify Business Manager role.
