Shopify Manager

• Maintain and manage four Shopify websites, including homepage layouts, banners, navigation, collections, and product pages
• Look after product information, pricing, images, and promotional content
• Improve the mobile and desktop shopping experience and fix website issues
• Spot opportunities to raise conversion rates and average order value across product pages, landing pages, and customer journeys
• Run A/B tests where useful and make improvements based on customer behavior and sales data
• Plan monthly and seasonal promotional calendars and run sales campaigns, product launches, special offers, and bundles
• Coordinate website promotions with email and digital marketing campaigns, and measure the results
• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value with Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4
• Produce weekly performance updates and monthly growth reports with actionable recommendations
• Optimize products, collections, and site content for SEO, and support email marketing and customer retention

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience, with proven success managing and optimizing stores
• Experience managing multiple websites or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and online merchandising
• Ability to customize Shopify themes, sections, landing pages, and layouts
• Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and promotional campaign management
• A strong design sense and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve e-commerce performance with measurable results
• Punctual, careful, and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

• Basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid knowledge
• Experience with Klaviyo and email automation (or Shopify Email)
• SEO optimization experience
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Experience coordinating freelance designers and developers
• At ease handling several projects at once
