Shopify Operations Manager

About the role

We are hiring a commercially minded Shopify Operations Manager to own and grow our Shopify business across the Philippines, Singapore, and selected global markets. This role will manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store(s), driving revenue growth, conversion, retention, and profitability across multiple markets. You will work closely with performance marketing, TikTok Shop, social media, affiliate/KOL, customer service, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure traffic, content, and campaigns translate into profitable online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify operations across the Philippines, Singapore, and other assigned markets, including product launches, product pages, collections, pricing, bundles, promotions, landing pages, and merchandising.
• Own and optimize market-specific commercial calendars, including payday campaigns in the Philippines, double-digit campaigns, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and holiday promotions.
• Monitor GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, repeat purchase rate, refund/cancellation rate, fulfillment performance, and contribution margin by market.
• Optimize product pages, checkout flow, local payment options, promotions, bundles, upsell/cross-sell mechanics, and the full conversion funnel.
• Coordinate with paid media, TikTok Shop, affiliate/KOL, social media, creative, CRM, customer service, and supply-chain teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Build and optimize email, SMS, and customer-retention programs, including segmentation, automated flows, and repeat-purchase campaigns.
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility, product availability, delivery setup, customer-service alignment, returns handling, and localization by market.
• Analyze customer reviews, behavioral data, competitor activity, and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build weekly and monthly reports, lead performance reviews, and drive clear follow-up actions across teams.
• Manage Shopify apps, tracking, integrations, discount logic, and store-operation SOPs.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in Shopify, DTC e-commerce, or online store operations across one or more Southeast Asian or international markets.
• Proven responsibility for e-commerce revenue, conversion, campaigns, or profitability.
• Strong understanding of multi-market e-commerce operations, including local payments, shipping, taxes, currency, promotions, and customer behavior.
• Experience with Philippines e-commerce is preferred, including COD, payday campaigns, social commerce, and local fulfillment expectations.
• Familiarity with Singapore or international DTC e-commerce is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, Meta/TikTok reporting, Klaviyo or similar CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; able to turn data into practical growth actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Filipino/Tagalog or Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, or FMCG is preferred.
• Able to coordinate with teams across markets and work flexibly across relevant business hours.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
