What they need

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to own everything that happens across our three Shopify stores. You'll be the person who makes sure every product is listed accurately, every page is current, every discount works, and every app is running the way it should. You'll keep our catalogs clean and organized so customers can find what they need quickly, and you'll work closely with our CMO, in-house designer, and email, SMS, and paid ads teams to bring launches and promotions to life on site. You'll report directly to the CMO.

What You'll Do

  • Product listings: Create and maintain all products and product detail pages across all three stores, including titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, SKUs, and metafields.
  • Inventory integration: Manage product data and the connection between Shopify and Finale Inventory, making sure SKUs, stock levels, and product records stay accurate and in sync.
  • Catalog hygiene: Keep every catalog clean and consistent, with standardized naming, accurate tags, clean product types, and dead listings removed or archived.
  • Site organization: Organize collections, navigation, and search so customers can easily find what they're looking for.
  • Site content: Keep themes, homepages, and landing pages current for seasons, launches, and promotions using Shopify's built-in theme editor. Work with the CMO and in-house designer to create and place site elements such as slider images, product images, and collection images.
  • Discounts and bundles: Plan, build, and run discounts and product bundles, making sure they're set up correctly, tested, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Apps and troubleshooting: Manage each store's app stack, identify and resolve app errors or conflicts, and work with app support teams when issues come up.
  • Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with the email, SMS, and paid ads teams, under CMO oversight, so that every promotion, launch, and campaign is supported by accurate products, pages, and offers on site.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.
  • Experience managing multiple Shopify stores or brands at the same time.
  • Deep knowledge of the Shopify admin, including products, variants, metafields, collections, navigation, discounts, and the theme editor.
  • Experience integrating Shopify with inventory management systems; Finale Inventory experience is a strong plus.
  • A detail-oriented approach to catalog management, with a track record of keeping large or complex catalogs clean and organized.
  • Experience troubleshooting Shopify apps and resolving integration issues.
  • Strong writing skills for product titles and descriptions, with a working understanding of SEO.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Clear communicator who works well with designers, marketers, and leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling technical or high-consideration products.
  • Familiarity with hunting, outdoor, or agricultural markets.
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up product content and catalog work.
