Shops Operations Head

We are looking for a Shop Operations Head to lead and optimize retail operations across a multi-store network, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience.

This is a key leadership role for a retail professional with a strong background in store operations, inventory management and business performance, capable of translating commercial strategies into effective execution at store level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, ensuring consistent standards, efficient processes and an excellent customer experience across all locations.
• Drive sales performance and profitability by monitoring KPIs, analyzing results and implementing improvement plans.
• Lead inventory management, including stock accuracy, replenishment, stocktakes, loss prevention and the management of slow-moving and obsolete products.
• Develop and coordinate the retail activity calendar, including promotions, events and in-store commercial activations.
• Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, operational procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and other corporate functions to optimize store performance and enhance customer engagement.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, retail productivity and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Retail Operations, ideally within a multi-store or multi-site environment.
• Proven track record in improving sales performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, stock control and store processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in international retail environments will be considered an advantage.

The salary range for this position is 75K-85K
