SHORING FOREMAN

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shoring and excavation works.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
• Experience in deep excavation and temporary support systems.
• Hands-on experience with secant piles, contiguous piles, sheet piles, soldier piles, strutting, ground anchors, and shotcrete.
• Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Ability to understand shoring drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of excavation sequence, dewatering, and site safety requirements.
• Able to coordinate with Shoring Engineer, Site Engineer, Surveyor, and Project Manager.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and method statements.
• Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and daily work progress.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements for excavation and shoring works.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• UAE experience in major excavation/basement projects will be an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
