Short-Form Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas for Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content based on

current trends, audience interests, and eyouth’s content pillars.

• Research trending formats, topics, hooks, sounds, and content styles and translate them

into relevant eyouth content.

• Write short, engaging scripts and hooks designed specifically for short-form video.
• Appear on camera and direct other presenters during shooting when required.
• Shoot high-quality short-form videos using smartphones and basic production

equipment.

• Edit videos into engaging, platform-native content with strong pacing, captions,

transitions, and visual storytelling.

• Create different content variations and hooks to test performance.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to identify topics and stories

worth turning into content.

• Ensure content reflects eyouth’s brand identity, tone of voice, and brand themes.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, creators, and emerging content

behaviors.

• Maintain a consistent production pipeline and deliver an agreed number of videos per

month.

• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future ideas, formats, hooks,

and storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or a related

field.

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Ability to write a compelling Hook → Value → CTA structure.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating natural, conversational content.
• Good video shooting and framing skills using smartphones/cameras.
• Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong awareness of social media trends and viral content formats.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn complex topics into simple and engaging

content.

• Ability to work independently and manage content from idea to final output
