Short-form Content Creator (Video Editor)

Job Summary

You can cut a reel that stops the scroll and edit a video that earns a full watch. You think in formats, not files, and you know the difference between content that fills a feed and content that actually builds a brand. If you get excited about pacing, hooks, and the three-second rule, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, social clips) for multiple client brands
• Develop concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the content strategy team
• Stay ahead of platform formats, trends, and creative best practices
• Ensure every edit is on-brand, on-brief, and on time
• Manage your production pipeline across multiple active clients

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in video editing and short-form content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools
• A strong portfolio of short-form work across Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn
• Instinct for storytelling and an eye for visual rhythm
• Ability to work across multiple brand voices without losing your own sharp judgment
