Short-Form Video Content Creator (iPhone Videographer & CapCut Editor)

About the Role

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a creative and energetic Short-Form Video Content Creator based in Kerala (Trivandrum / Kollam / Alappuzha). If you have a keen eye for framing aesthetic footage on an iPhone and can edit high-converting, trending Reels/Shorts using CapCut, this role is for you!

You will be responsible for shooting on-location content, coming up with creative video hooks, and editing fast-paced short-form videos for various brand clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot High-Quality Videos: Capture clear, well-lit video footage using iPhones (shooting in 4K/60fps, managing audio, and framing aesthetic shots).
• Edit Short-Form Videos: Edit fast-paced, high-engagement videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok using CapCut (adding captions, sound effects, transitions, and text overlays).
• Script & Hook Creation: Stay updated on social media trends, viral audio, and hook strategies to boost reach and engagement.
• On-Location Shoots: Travel to client locations in Trivandrum, Kollam, or Alappuzha for video shoots (products, events, brand promotions, lifestyle/reels).
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work alongside our social media managers and strategists to deliver creative assets on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Skillset: Proven experience in shooting with iPhone cameras and editing in CapCut (PC or Mobile).
• Portfolio Required: Must have a portfolio or Instagram link showcasing past video work (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, or aesthetic edits).
• Location & Mobility: Based in or willing to travel across Trivandrum, Kollam, or Alappuzha for shoots.
• Creativity: Strong understanding of current social media trends, viral formats, and pacing.
• Equipment: Must own or be proficient with modern iPhone models (iPhone 12 or newer preferred) and handheld accessories (stabilizer/gimbal/microphones are a plus).

Position Details & Compensation

• Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 / month (commensurate with skills and portfolio depth + travel allowance for field shoots).
• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Field + Remote/Office hybrid depending on shoot schedule).
• Location: Trivandrum / Kollam / Alappuzha, Kerala.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
