What they need
Short-Form Video Editor Requirements
-3-5 years of experience in short-form video editing for social media platforms and digital advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects for editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Experience editing Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, UGC ads, and performance marketing videos.
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and audience retention.
Ability to create engaging edits using raw footage, stock assets, voiceovers, trending audio, and brand guidelines.
Knowledge of platform-specific video formats, aspect ratios, export settings, and current short-form content trends, with a portfolio showcasing previous edits.
