Your Role

You'll receive research briefs from our Research Lead.

Your job is to transform those into world-class scripts.

Not articles.

Not blogs.

Stories.

Every script should make someone think:

"I have to know what happens next."

You'll own:

• Hooks
• Story structure
• Curiosity gaps
• Retention
• Pacing
• Call-to-actions

What You'll Do

Every day you'll:

• Turn research into 30–90 second scripts.
• Rewrite hooks until they're irresistible.
• Simplify complex AI topics.
• Collaborate with editors and hosts.
• Iterate based on watch-time data.

Compensation

₹20–35L INR ($2,500–4,000 USD/month) depending on experience and portfolio.
