Short Term Rental Manager

Short Term Rental Operations Assistant - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Short Term Rental Operations Assistant to help manage a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties in Cape May County.

This position is a mix of property operations, guest communication, inspections, maintenance coordination, and marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working both on a computer and out in the field, can problem solve, and can handle the fast-paced nature of vacation rentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections before and after guest stays
• Make sure homes are clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
• Identify maintenance issues and report or coordinate repairs with in house maintenance company or any subcontractors
• Assist with small property maintenance tasks when needed
• Help ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
• Assist with guest messaging including (on messaging platform): responding to guest questions and troubleshoot issues during their stay, following up with guests to make sure issues have been resolved
• Communicate with cleaning teams regarding schedules, turnovers, and property conditions
• Create and post property advertisements in Facebook groups and other online communities
• Help promote available vacation rentals and last-minute openings
• Create simple flyers, advertisements, and other marketing materials
• Assist with social media content and property promotions
• Assist the rental manager with day-to-day operational tasks

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
