Short Video Editor

We are a fast-growing social media advertising company specializing in video advertising on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. We help clients acquire high-quality leads in European and American markets while improving conversion and sales performance. Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a Short Video Editor to join our creative team and produce stronger-performing advertising creatives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for editing and producing TikTok short video advertising creatives.
2. Able to independently complete script planning, video production, and storyboard breakdowns for ad creatives.
3. Optimize video rhythm, opening hooks, and conversion-focused storytelling based on data analysis.
4. Continuously optimize hooks, pain points, and keywords, while building and maintaining a script library, hook library, and keyword database.
5. Collaborate with the media buying team to iterate creatives and improve lead conversion performance.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in short video advertising editing, preferably familiar with TikTok advertising creative styles.

2. Strong script planning and material editing skills.

3. Good aesthetic sense, with natural handling of subtitles, voiceovers, and transitions.

4. Understanding of user pain points and conversion-focused hooks within the first 3 seconds.

5. Strong work ethic, execution ability, and team communication skills.
