a) To managethe whole operation of the company in the field of drilling, blasting, rocksupport system, soil and slope stabilization and other related civil, quarry,tunneling or any mining works entered into by the company.

b) Toassist the Managing Director, Manager and Project Manager in drilling andblasting works and paper works such as site recording, permits and all otherdocumentations needed in particular projects.

c) Ensuresafety of entire working area and work force in all projects.

d) Reportsregularly to the Manager or Project Manager of the Company

e)Knowledge in Blasting operation and Cassette units.

f)Knowledge in underground pump operation (RIOFLEX) and ANFO explosive.

g)Knowledge in maintenance of the bulk pumping units.

h)Responsible for safety of charging crew, explosives, and charging equipment.

i)Responsible for Underground blasting operation following all Singapore and Mineexplosives standard / Requirements of Law.

j) Have tofollow instructions given by higher authority.

k) Assiston any job scope that may be assigned from time to time.
