In parallel, the Company is progressing its Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA towards production.

The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:

• OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
• Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

About the role:

DEVELOP are now seeking experienced Shotcrete Sprayers for operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory

These positions are offered on various rosters FIFO Perth:

Yitirrti - Zinc - Copper - 8:6 / 7:7

Finniss Lithium Operation - 2:2

Your main responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Sprayer to safely apply shotcrete and fibrecrete to the required profile, thickness and quality standard, including correct preparation of the work area and spraying surfaces.
• Maintain strict ground control and exclusion zone requirements, ensuring personnel and equipment remain within supported ground and appropriate barricades, signage and controls are in place.
• Monitor shotcrete quality throughout spraying, identify and rectify defects or incomplete areas, and ensure finished work meet required specifications.
• Safely coordinate concrete delivery, air, water, accelerator and associated services, including interaction with agi trucks and other personnel within the shotcreting work area.
• Maintain the Shotcrete unit and associated equipment in a clean, safe and serviceable condition, including nozzles, airlines, hoses, chemical systems, remote controls and other shotcrete equipment.
• Provide safe, clear and concise handovers for cross shifts
• Complete all required pre-start inspections, operational checks and workplace inspections, identifying and reporting equipment defects, ground hazards and unsafe conditions before commencing work, adhere to the site?s safety systems and procedures.
• Complete all required paperwork, safety and maintenance documentation and provide an effective end of shift handover covering work completed, outstanding work, hazards, equipment condition and maintenance requirements
• Lead and mentor other employees to DEVELOP?s standards and Core Values.

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within an underground mining environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a physically challenging work environment.
• Willingness to perform Pre employment checks including pre employment medical, DAS and National Police Clearance
• Senior First Aid certificate desirable.
• Valid C Class Drivers Licence
• Possess or able to obtain, Working at Heights and Dangerous Goods Security Card.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements.
