Duties

• Thoroughly clean and organize showhomes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to achieve a pristine appearance
• Ensure all rooms are tidy, clutter-free, and welcoming for potential buyers and visitors
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and fresh linens as needed to maintain a fully prepared environment
• Perform routine maintenance checks on appliances, fixtures, and furnishings to identify any repairs or replacements required
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to guarantee consistency and high standards across all properties
• Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate team members for swift resolution
• Maintain a safe and efficient workspace by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of professional cleaning techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple showhomes efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
• Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple properties as needed

Pay: £15.00 per hour
