Show Homes To Active Buyers 👉 Why it matters: You’re meeting motivated clients already in motion—this is where deals start.

Build Relationships During Showings 👉 Why it matters: Strong connection = conversion into your clients.

Communicate and follow up with buyers 👉 Why it matters: The fortune is in the follow-up—this is how you turn opportunities into contracts.

Support lead agents with active clients 👉 Why it matters: You gain experience fast while learning how top producers operate.

Attend training, roleplay, and coaching 👉 Why it matters: Skill growth = income growth. You’ll ramp faster than doing it alone.

Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license (or actively pursuing)
• Strong communication skills and confidence with people
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Hungry to grow into a producing agent

Compensation $65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
